About Kathi
I'm a wellness coach, author, popular TV and Radio Show guest, inspiring keynote speaker, health and fitness columnist for the South Shore Senior News (Boston), Life After 50, Boomer-Living, Forever Boomer Magazine, and have published in More Magazine. I've shared my exercises and techniques on ABC Evening News, Fox 23 and my own TV show "To Your Health" airs in the Berkshires of Massachusetts where I also own and operate the Healthy Boomer Body Center. I hold certifications in Pilates from the Body College in Washington DC; Acu-Yoga through the Acupressure Institute of Berkley California; I'm an Experienced Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance (American licensing board). In addition, I've studied advanced techniques and courses in Pilates, Somatics, QiQong, Tai Partner Yoga, Healing Touch and also have over 20 yrs. experience working with special needs populations.
