Nutrisystem Review: My 1st Week Overview

As I stated before Nutrisytem is super simple! If I am not guided by the hand & told exactly what to do I will get lost because I stink at trying to lose wieght. So my first week is finished & in another post is a very happy update with all the details plus a very embarrassing picture so I hope it will inspire others!

I wanted to do a short introduction to the program for those who don't know much about it!

How It Works
1) Choose your plan and food.
When you chose your plan you chose you which plan will work best for you. There are 4 different plans to choose from for both male & female these include Basic (most popular), Silver, Diabetic & Vegetarian.

Then you will choose your food which is very delicious by the way! I will get more into this subject later but the food is awesome. You will also have a few different options such as Select or basic with or without auto delivery.

Another cool feature is that you can either choose the favorites menu or customize your own menu. If you click on the favorites menu a pop up will show all the items you will receive! After you choose the food you want just wait for it to be delivered right to your door. The delivery of my food was super fast & easy!

Nutrisystem offers an Online Tool to help you keep track of progress & several other different options to aid in weight loss. I will get more detailed as I go through the program.

I like how many options this plan gives you. I have never dieted with a "system" or real plan because i am so picky about my food but this actually looks doable. The food looks good and who wouldnt want their food delivered? lol

I always wondered if you could pick your own foods - I know there's a few things I don't like (mushrooms, blueberries, beans) and I'd hate to get food that I can't use.

I got mine this week, I'm trying the Diabetic plan. I'm looking forward to it :)
