This week went really well & I'm over feeling sorry for myself. In this post I would like to do an overview of Nutrisystem so you can see for yourself how awesome this program is! Current Weight: 150lbs 4oz
Waist: 36 1/2 inches

I am happy with the weight loss since again I have lost not gained. :) So this week starting Tuesday I am going to start exercising with a variety of different programs. The programs will include sections from P90X, Rev Abs & some other low impact exercises!

Your review itself is good, your testamony after will be even better. You are losing at a slow study pace that will help you keep it off. I don't know what limits you from certain exercise but being in a wheel chair I know everything can be modified in some way, legs, hips, if it is stomach you may have to wait that part out. Overall you are doing great *Think positive*

well, it Doesn't matter what diet you're on, the hardest obstacle in dieting is control hunger pangs and cravings.
You might like to try out a product that does exactly that: fresh-frozen Hoodia (a well known appetite depressant) in the form of small and convenient ice cubes – hence its name, the ice cube diet.
It just helps you eat less and makes your dieting easier.

Good luck to you all and for those who do try it out, please do share your experiences with me – John - icecube.john@gmail.com.

You are doing great! Keep it up. I am on Weight Watchers myself and have lost 46 pounds so far. Someone I work with is also on NutriSystem and having success like you. It's nice to have support even if you are on a different program. Old habits die hard.
