Cook-In-The-Kitchen is a family-owned and operated business located in the quiet village of White River Junction, Vermont.
Our enterprise started almost twenty years ago making a few uncommonly tasty Pancake & Waffle Mixes. Eventually we added a line of Gourmet Quality Soup Mixes and grew to include a veritable pantry of all-natural, easy-to-use products.
Our mixes are made in small batches with only all-natural, preservative-free ingredients. We remain committed to making and marketing only the finest of foods and Food Gift Boxes for today's discerning consumer. We welcome feedback and suggestions to help us better serve your needs and wishes. From our family to yours, we wish you the very best.
I had the privilege to try the following mixes & trust me I was not disappointed at all!
Maple Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
Delicious! Easy-to-make - just add water and pour on a frying pan, griddle or waffle iron. Voila! Fresh, hot pancakes or waffles great with real maple syrup for breakfast, brunch or dinner.
You know when you have one of those moments when the food reaches your mouth & you think "wow this is really good"! I had that moment the whole time I was tasting the above product because it was super yummy. Plus buttermilk pancakes are the bomb & when they are moist it's even better. I made the mistake of not trying the pancakes before dumping a ton of syrup on.
This is just a mix you have to try to see how yummy it is & I promise you will not be disappointed. The product is worth every penny! Store bought can't touch the taste of this mix at all!
Country Buttermilk Biscuit & Shortcake Mix
Just add water! Now, it's that easy to bring old-time buttermilk biscuits, fresh from your oven, to the table. Great texture and taste! Also a great good topping for chicken and dumplings and strawberry shortcake. Directions included on each package.
Another super yummy mix from Cook In The Kitchen! Super moist with a hint of the buttermilky taste that makes buttermilk biscuits so awesome! Plus biscuits can't be beat when they come straight from the oven & into your mouth. I haven't had biscuits as good as these that were made homemade! This company definitely knows how to make some really awesome products.
Cook In The Kitchen also carries a variety of other products such as the products below that I would love to also try out!
Blueberry Oat Scone & Muffin Mix
Classic blueberry muffins or scones, laced with blueberries, a crunch of oats and cinnamon. Delicious! Easy-to-make - just add water and bake!
FarmHouse Cheddas Soup
Richly flavored and robust for lunch or supper made with aged cheddar cheese, buttermilk and a bit of pepper. Great fresh taste, pure, best-of-their-kind ingredients. Just add water and a little milk and it's ready. Delicious with broccoli or croutons added.
Vermont Maple Syrup
Living our whole lives in New England has given our taste buds a wonderful syrup flavor year after year. My mom used to go out and pick blueberries just before making pancakes. We always had pure 100% Maple Syrup. If it doesn't have superior quality and flavor we won't offer it to you. Cook-In-The-kitchen Maple Syrups are only from Vermont trees.
Cracked Black Pepper Steak Rub
Just rub on your steak for the great taste of cracked black pepper.
Coat your steak with olive oil and rub in this great mix for a fabulous steak. Great on the grill or in the oven.
You can also stir the rub into your mashed potatoes for added flavor.
These are just a few of the products carried by Cook In The Kitchen!
