CLOSED: Giveaway: Hawaiian™ Kettle Style Potato Chips

Tim’s Cascade Snacks
Tim’s Cascade Style Potato Chips began in 1986 with Tim Kennedy and his family in a makeshift 15,000 square foot facility in Auburn, Washington. With primarily used equipment, they began by hand stirring with special rakes small batches of thick sliced potatoes in square shaped kettles, spiced by hand and packaged in Tim’s signature red and white striped bag. Then Tim himself went out to local convenience stores and gave them samples to try. It wasn’t long before he had developed a cult like following of fans anxious to find out what flavor Tim was coming up with next.

We were send 2 different types of chips to try out. One of the chips as pictured above..

Hawaiian Luau BBQ Potato Chips
The front of the bag boasts Sweet and Spicy but many customers say it is sweet and sassy, either way your taste buds will jump for joy when you bite into this delectable flavor. For something fun, pile these chips high inside your next burger. It’s really good!

Personally these chips are too spicy for me so the bag was passed to Tim. Tim said that he used to eat them when he lived in Seattle! He thought they were more spicy then sweet but very very good. I was passed the bag because he said they were almost addicting!

Hawaiian Sweet Maui Onion Potato Chips
Discover a new world when you crunch into Hawaiian™ Kettle Style Potato Chips. These crispy, golden chips are cooked to perfection, then seasoned with just the right amount of sweet maui onion flavor. We have combined only the finest ingredients to create a unique chip that captures the freshness & authenticity of the islands.

Open a bag of Hawaiian Kettle Style Potato Chips, & you'll imagine Yourselfsailing on the blue waters of the Pacific, headed toward sn island of tropical paradise!

These chips had a light taste & weren't too strong. The bag's description was right on with the taste. Personally I thought the taste was very unique to any other chip I have eaten before. They were not greasy either which is a huge plus for me!

Hawaiian Original Potato Chips
Real potatoes sliced slightly thinner than Tim’s original chips, then slow cooked in the old Hawaiian tradition in a select blend of oils for a crispy, crunchy potato chip with just the perfect pinch of salt.
