This is super easy to use & warms up really fast! The one feature that I am really impressed with is that it kills dust mites & bedbugs. It's nice to know if this problem ever arises I will have this to kill them! We hate ironing & all the setting up that comes with it which is one reason why I love this new device!
The power cord is also handy since it does have a nice length to it! Also it does heat up super fast so no waiting around forever to heat up. The 2 different heat settings is great for different fabric especially if you are using this on silk. The steamer is lightweight which is perfect for anyone who has problems lifting heavy things. The only complaint I have is that there is no off switch rather you have to unplug it. I guess this could be looked at as a safety feature.
In my opinion for the price this is an awesome deal! I refuse to pay someone to dry clean my clothes & as mentioned above I'm not fond of ironing! If you are traveling the steamer fits perfect into a suitcase & only 2lbs which is great if flying!
