Giveaway: Smart Crock Pot 6-Quart + 3-Month Supply

I am always on the lookout for new Crock Pot recipe ideas & new seasonings. I have seen the above products in the store but just never tried them. This is one reason I love to review because more than likely I wouldn't have tried these without this review.

This weekend I tried the Pot Roast Mix! Our family loves Pot Roast & to get a seasoning that was new to us was great. The seasoning was super simple to prepare. All I had to do was add water. The seasoning was then poured over my roast & veggies. As soon as I opened the seasoning packet I knew we had a winner. I am super excited to try the Hearty Beef Stew & BBQ Pulled Pork!

Want to win a year's worth of free groceries? Right now on Crock-Pot Seasoning Mixes they are offering one very lucky person the chance. All you have to do is simply enter a crock pot recipe! How awesome is that? Simply click on the picture below!

I think I will be entering this contest because you never know I may just win! I would also encourage one of my fans to enter! A year's worth of groceries can give a big boost to any family. Plus it's also super fun to look through all the recipes to see how creative a person can be!

One very lucky person will be winning their own Crock Pot plus a supply of 3 months of seasonings!

I love beef stew.
I use beef, usuall a roast that I get on sale and cut it into cubes. I flour the cubes and lightly brown each side and add to the crockpot. I then add cut up potatoes, carrots and a bag of mixed veggies. I add a little flour with water (gravy base), some gravy master and spices. I also add about 1/4 red wine and let the crockpot do it's job.

Ingredients:

1Yellow Cake Mix
20 oz can of Apple Pie Filling
6 Tablespoons of butter, melted

Directions:

Dump your can of Apple Pie Filling into the bottom of your slow cooker.
Spread your yellow cake mix over the apple pie filling.
Then spoon your butter onto the cake mix - DON'T mix the cake mix and butter around. The moisture will make it cook.
Cook on High for 4 hours in your slow cooker.

We add peas and finally at the end we crack open a package of pillsbury buttermilk biscuits and separate them and put them across the top and put the cover back on and let them cook. Its delish.

never owned a crock pot and always wanted one so have to guess at chicken enchiladas a friend used to make.

•1 pkg. chicken breasts (1 - 1 1/2 lbs)
•1 jar chicken gravy
•1 4 oz can green chiles, chopped
•1 onion, chopped
•corn tortillas
•shredded cheese

Preparation:

Combine chicken, gravy, green chiles, and chopped onion in slow cooker; cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours. Take chicken out of sauce and shred. Fill corn tortillas with chicken and sauce. Top with shredded cheese and roll. Place in baking dish. Pour excess sauce over and sprinkle with more shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
