Dr. Brown unlocks the mysteries of the mind/body connection and shows you how you can feel better and really be better by using your mind and thinking positively. The great stories will show you how other people have used positive thinking to affect their physical and mental well-being.


These Chicken Soup for the Soul books always give me something to think about. There are some great tips in this book. The section that most helped me was how to reduce stress and anxiety. Living in today's world is hard and if there is anything that can make it a little bit easier, I'm all for it. This book is easy to read and makes sense compared to other self help books.
